FAQ
Questions parents actually ask.
Do you guarantee my daughter gets recruited or gets a scholarship?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Recruiting depends on talent, academics, timing, and fit. What we guarantee is the work: the clips, posts, profile, and personalized outreach get done, professionally and on schedule.
How does sending emails to coaches from her account work?
College recruiting rules restrict when coaches may initiate contact, but they do not restrict athletes from reaching out, so athlete sent emails are allowed anytime. With your signed authorization, we send and reply to coaches from her own email account on her behalf. If she does not have a recruiting email yet, we set one up in a clean format (for example firstnamelastname plus grad year). Every message and response is logged so nothing slips.
What does "Recruiting profile setup (NCSA)" include?
NCSA is a free platform college coaches use to find recruits. We create her profile and fill it out completely: bio, positions, height and weight, academics (GPA and test scores), athletic measurables (exit velo, pop time, 60 time, arm velo), season stats, club and high school, and links to her highlight video. We keep it current and structured the way coaches actually evaluate, since a complete, recently updated profile is what gets pursued.
Do you set up the NCAA Eligibility Center ID?
That is different from NCSA. The NCAA Eligibility Center is the official registration required to compete in Division I or II, it has a fee, and it is tied to your family’s personal and academic information, so the family should own that account. We will walk you through registering it and tell you when it matters for her grade and target divisions. (Rules and fees change, so we confirm against official sources.)
What is "CRM-tracked outreach with weekly reporting"?
We track every coach we contact in a simple system: school, coach, division, date contacted, response, and the next follow up. Each week we send you a short report showing who was contacted, who replied, and what is next, so you always know exactly what is happening.
What does "coach outreach at camps" mean?
For each camp or showcase she attends, we email the coaches who will be there about one to two weeks ahead with her event, field, and time so they know to evaluate her, then follow up within 48 hours afterward with results and fresh film. It makes every event count.
How do I get my raw video to you?
After intake we send you a secure upload link to her private folder. You drop in game footage, camp clips, and photos. Phone video is perfectly fine. We handle the editing.
How is my daughter’s information and video kept safe?
We require a signed parental consent and media release before working with any minor’s footage. Files are stored on access controlled, encrypted storage with backups, organized so each family’s data is separate, and deleted on a set retention schedule or on request.
What grade should we start?
Earlier than most families think. Building the profile, film, and social presence in the years before coaches can respond is exactly what makes their first allowed contact go to your daughter. We tailor the timeline to her grad year.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice, and move up or down a tier as her recruiting window changes.
Do you work with all divisions?
Yes. D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO each have different timelines and rules, and there are far more roster spots beyond D1 than most realize. We build a realistic target list across the levels that fit her.
Who owns the content you create?
You do. The finished clips, graphics, and profile are yours to keep, covered in our service agreement.
