The basics of working together.

A plain-English summary. The full, signed services agreement provided at onboarding is the governing document.

• What we do. A monthly subscription service: highlight clips, social posting, a maintained recruiting profile, and personalized coach outreach, per the plan you choose.
• Billing. Plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term contract. Your first month is risk-free as described on the pricing page.
• No guarantee. We do not guarantee recruitment, scholarships, roster spots, or any specific outcome. What we guarantee is the work: the deliverables in your plan, done professionally and on schedule.
• Authorization. By working with us you authorize us, on the athlete's behalf and with parental/guardian consent, to create and run her recruiting accounts and to send coach outreach from her recruiting email.
• Your content. You own the finished clips, graphics, and profile we create. You grant us permission to use the footage and likeness to perform the service.
• Minors & data. We require signed parental/guardian consent and a media release before working with any minor's footage, and we handle data per our Privacy practices.
• Acceptable use. You confirm you have the right to share the footage and information you provide and that it's accurate.
